*Terms

Bundles are paid as any other treatment series: 50% down at time of booking, and remaining 50% due 4 weeks prior to the first treatment of the series.  All treatments must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

Memberships are offered as a 6-month contract which will auto renew unless cancelled 30 days prior to renewal date.  This payment plan will commence on the first of the chosen month and automatically bill on the first of every month thereafter for 6 months. If you cancel your membership, we offer a 3 month grace period after the end of the most recent 6-month contract to complete up to 3 missed treatments. Any other missed treatments are forfeited.
