CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 BUSINESS HOURS notice. Our business hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm M, T, TH and F. Note that the office is CLOSED on Wednesdays. A message left with our staff or after hours answering service at (608)721-6132, a text message sent to (608) 655-6773 or an email sent to info@therawalinstitute.com, will be time stamped when it occurs and accepted as notice. Cancellations/reschedules without 24 business hours notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of what was paid for your appointment.
